Lifting Equipment Inspection

Lifting equipment inspection is a crucial process designed to ensure the safety, reliability, and compliance of various devices used for lifting and moving heavy loads in industrial settings. This includes equipment such as cranes, hoists, forklifts, and elevators, among others. The inspection is typically carried out by trained and certified inspectors who assess the equipment’s condition and performance to identify any potential defects, wear and tear, or deviations from safety standards.

Hose Test

Purpose of hose test is to provide quality assurance and diagnostic field water check method for installed curtain walls, exterior windows and doors. Spraying water in a specified way is a quick and easy way to check whether the installed system is vulnerable to leakage.

AIR PERMEABILITY TEST

Air infiltration is the air which passes through the windows/doors and curtain wall from the exterior to the interior through gaskets, imperfect joinery between horizontal and vertical mullions, weep holes and imperfect sealing of the building. TTS performs valuable role in performing the air leak test for exterior windows/doors and curtain wall of various building as per ASTM E783. Air leakage index or air permeability of a building can be measured at site. The test can also be combined with visualization techniques to locate the air leakage paths.

WATER PENETRATION TEST

Water passing through the window/door and curtain wall from the exterior to the interior is called water penetration and is determined to know whether any leakage is present through windows or curtain walls.

ANCHORS-PULL-TESTING

The pullout test for bolts is a mechanical testing method used to determine the strength and integrity of the bond between a bolt and the material in which it is embedded, such as concrete or masonry. This test is essential in construction and engineering applications where bolts are used to secure structural elements, anchorages, and equipment to concrete or other substrates.

Gearwrench-Torque-Wrench

The torque test for bolts is a common method used to assess the tightness and preload of fasteners, such as bolts and nuts. This test is essential in ensuring the proper installation and integrity of bolted connections, particularly in industries like construction, manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace.

Heat Treatment Services

Heating process includes low range, mid-range and high range temperature heating. and we utilize both electrical and fuel fired method as a source of heating. We are also specialized in out side’s heat treatment by oil and gas with high velocity burners. We have high velocity burners enable excellent temperature distribution and uniformity at all times due to intense scrubbing action.

Metallurgical Services

Positive Material Identification (PMI) is a fast and non-destructive testing (NDT) method for verifying the chemical composition of metals and alloys. PMI can be used to verify that supplied materials conform to the proper standards and specifications.

Corrosion Control Services

Corrosion control services refer to a range of techniques, practices, and strategies employed to prevent, mitigate, or manage the process of corrosion in various materials, especially metals. Corrosion is a natural chemical reaction that occurs when metals interact with their environment, leading to the degradation of the metal and potentially compromising the integrity and functionality of structures, equipment, and infrastructure. Corrosion control services are particularly important in industries such as construction, oil and gas, transportation, marine, and manufacturing, where metal assets are exposed to environmental factors that can accelerate corrosion.

Gamma Ray Pipe Crawler Inspection Systems

X- ray/gamma ray pipe crawler is similar to a conventional radiography. It is a battery powered remote controlled mobile radiographic machine designed to produce single wall single image (SWSI) radiographs of circumferential weld in pipelines.

Videoscope

Videoscope is a specialized inspection method for visual inspection used when the area to be examined can only be accessed via series of bends or turns. It gives excellent image quality and image recording functionality in a portable, integrated product.

Magnetic Flux Leakage

Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL) is a magnetic method of NDT that is used to detect corrosion and pitting in steel structures, most commonly pipelines and storage tanks. The basic principle is that a powerful magnet is used to magnetize the steel at areas where there is corrosion or missing metal, the magnetic field leaks from the steel.
